Policy Overview

  • We have a 15-day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
  • We do not offer refunds or store credit for online purchases.
  • You may exchange your item(s) for the same product only.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, and in original packaging.
  • You will need a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start an Exchange

Contact us first

Wait for acceptance

If accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package.

Send approved package

Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Shipping and Charges

  • If your order qualified for free shipping, the exchange value is based on item cost minus actual shipping charges paid to deliver your order.
  • For damaged or defective products, please contact us with details. Associated shipping and handling costs are not covered.

Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
  • Equipment parts
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, disposables, or gases
  • Bulky items or appliances covered by manufacturer warranties

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or wrong, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled online. You can still email us as soon as possible, and while we cannot guarantee cancellation after shipment, we reserve the right to cancel any order.
